I knew one guy that was really, really fat and he finally got sick of it. He didn't want to exercise so all he did was stop eating fried foods. That's all he did, he just didn't eat anything that had been fried. He lost it all and kept it off. It took about 4 months before you could notice anything and a year or so before he was down to a normal weight. This guy was extremely obese but that one simple diet change did the trick for him.

The great thing about it is some shit works for some people and other shit works for other people.
I've tried Atkins, low calorie, slim-fast, trim-spa, dietician led dieting, etc etc etc.
Alot of my problem is, the diets are like "just use common sense".. well motherfucker, if i knew what i was supposed to be doing, I would fucking do it.
What I really need is someone to just say..
alright fatass..
at 8am, eat exactly 4 oz of cat litter, drink 2 gallons of saltwater, and go puke in your lawn...
