You should be able to get the last 4 things at a nice grocery store, especially if you have one of those fancy-pants, yuppie stores around. As for the others.. umm... grow your own?
We have a few artemesia absinthe plants next to the deck in the backyard.
That or spring the money for shipping and buy a bottle of the real stuff online. That's what we do.
