I don't think there is much choice - definately CCBill!
The "down side" is that you will have to open your life and business affairs to VISA US (and all other "interested parties") and actually pay for the priviledge :-)
Verotel are not really the kinda processors that appeal to affiliate webmasters as a rule - CCBill are much stronger :-)
