this guy will expect a low price the next time. I can already see it now:"You did it for this price before, why cant you do it again?". In no way will this be a short term sacrifice.

this guy is not your desired customer base, he is looking to lowball a designer and see who bites... possibly hoping someone is desperate enough for the money.

a good deal is defined as a outcome/resolve that benefits both parties, this is not a good deal.
