Yeah, but as long as they aren't clogging up the welfare system, does it matter? If they are happy, the kids are well-taken care of, what does it REALLY matter? My only beef with lots of kids is people who have them so they can be useless all their lives.. This couple seems quite willing and able to take the financial and other responsibilties upon themselves.
