Rebills are definetely behind since yesterday.
For at least 80% of them.
Usually when it happens they dont add them up in Your stats for the day when they were delayed.
Instead Your stats will show a huge increase when they will catch up.
I.E. if by 10/02/2001 You have still some rebills sheduled on (currently about 80%) when they will be charged , say tomorrow, You stats WILL NOT show them for 10/02/2001 , instead You will have much more than usuall for 10/04/2001.
