Well, you mentioned that she was living in Canada, and I don't totally understand the laws there, but if it's not illegal, why the hell not? Especially for writing descriptions or something. At 17 I was just as sexually mature as I was at 18. Besides, at that age you have the capability to be a wonderfully creative pervert. Since she's so close to being "legal", I don't think you're doing any harm baring legal repurcussions.
