I forgot to add the following point.

A bank can decide not to do business with you based on what type of business you operate, but they don't have the right to exclude certain checks from being deposited. It is an all or nothing. Remember: Checks are legal tender. If the account has money, the bank has to accept it. Should your bank deny an individual check based on providence, you should file a complaint at the nearest Federal Reserve Bank.
