I see where you're coming from, kind of...
Here's the thing... I see threads with people asking for hosting and posting their price range. Then I see all the spam and nobody even thinks about asking "what does this guy really need?"
Maybe he's only running some galleries and pushing 1-2 mbps. Sure I could try and sell him a box with 1-2 mbps for $500... but I like to sleep at night.
