Maybe so... but pretty much everyone on the planet knows that coffee is served hot, and especially someone at that age. It also should be no surprise that if you spill hot coffee on bare skin, you're probably gonna get burned. Now, thanks to that whore and her stupid fuckin' lawsuit, (that I personally think McDonalds should have shoved right back at her), I have to drink shitty luke warm coffee when I order at somewhere other than my house. I, and about a billion other people in the world LIKE coffee to be hot. It's 50% of the reason it's bought.
Next someone will choke on a damn ice cube or something and wanna sue because the freakin' ice was too big or some shit.
