I agree. The last fucking thing when I am getting bombed is to go looking for my camcorder so I can film myself dying!
I lived through several very large car bomb attacks in Peru during the late 80s and early 90s. I can tell you diving for cover is the only thing I had on my mind when the bombs went off.
(added) I had to replace all the windows of my apartment on two ocassions.
