Oh yes PUnker Barbie! Every day from 3 to 7 pm AND 10 to midnight... Applebees has half price happy hour... every drink, except shots, are half price... and half of their appetizers ?sp? are half off too! You can get a nice buzz for $20... then go to a good bar LOL
