At first I thought you were whining that you didn't get flowers for a special occasion or as a "make-up" attempt. In both of those cases I don't expect flowers. When I do get flowers I prefer for them to NOT be real so I can enjoy them longer than a few days.
Then I read your response. I'm with you on this. Although I don't expect gifts for any occassion, spontaneous surprise gifts like that are always much more special than birthday or anniversary flowers. If more guys got this, I think there would be less children because that sperm would have been swallowed instead....
