This is a busy place, I could see someone with 10k not getting noticed. I don't know 99% of the people here and I come here everyday. Just don't have the time to read EVERYTHING. There's too much to read, I would be here 24/7 trying to keep up.
If you think Rictor is dumb you are wrong. He is one of the most intelligent people I know, he just loves to fuck with people and piss people off, it's his hobby.
