What would a good program be to Mail.
Legit Double-opt in emails? I am talking about emails pulled from a 4free or something that has been confirmed.

I have seen people talk about Dark Mailer ect That looks like a hardcore spam program.

I might only have 1,000 emails at most. How can I email them a news letter or an other legit mail.
