The thing of it is, I've been on the phone with DSL users, and have tested our load speeds simultaneously to a variety of websites including some hosted in Europe, and guess what?
That's right, no DSL is as fast as the cable modem. Don't be fooled by these "testers" because they're comparing your speed with the DSL's MAX speed. How often do you think you'll see max throughput on a $30/month DSL?
