Porn in Germany is restricted by penalty law to persons older as 18 years, § 184 StGB (that means penalty law). Unfortunately german courts are of the opinion, that german law is to be respected as long as an offer can be seen in germany. That wasnīt a problem before internet, of course.
But nowadays this opinion leads to funny results. German courts and judges think that everybody has to design his offer that way, that it doesnīt violate German law. Thatīs impossible of course. If you follow that rules, why not respecting other countries law?
But nevertheless, the webmaster shouldnīt visit Germany. He has to exspect jail up to one year or he has to pay.
