yes and to add to it just in that one statement you hit on a seperation of the type of classification for the behaviours. For example, someone that is into balloons primarily for the material (ie latex/rubber) fits the classic definition of a fetish (ie, having to have the motive for the attraction be a material, shape or a body part that isn't otherwise considered sexual such as feet). The others technically don't fit into fetish but rather sub groupings of other paraphillias.
Then we get into the whole popper vs non-poppers.
Either way, don't forget the thrill of anticipation and bit of danger that comes with not knowing when or if the balloon is going to pop.
