It's hard for the rest of us, because they operate in an adult environment with a 12 year old AOL chatroom mentality. This is what keeps us all so perplexed. It's hard to relate to the meaningless inside jokes and stupid incessant chanting of "BONEPRONE" because we are generally expecting something more appropriate of adult behaviour.
The mass of confusion, I believe, stems from this source. Of course there are far too many branches of idiocy within the bonedrone hive mind to cover them in depth here. Someday I'll write a book and make nothing.
