It's not just one exercise or doing a lot of them (like 1000 crunches). Work your abs every day & alternate exercises. There are lots of different exercises to work different areas of your stomach. Pick up a couple of fitness magazines & get the pictures...too hard to explain.

The biggest thing is doing each one slowly & controlled...really working the muscle. Good luck!
