From sunday until wednesday I spoke with 6 customer support reps in chat with ev1servers to get an issue resolved. The fuckers STILL fucked it up, and in the end because of their idiocy they unplugged one of my servers when they clearly weren't supposed to. Then when I finally got this resolved with them they agreed to turn it back on .. it took them 15 minutes to unplug, but after 6 hours it still wasnt back on, so I went to talk with customer support ... they gave me a load of bullshit, even "hung up" on me (closed the chat window). Finally I got pissed, I put as the chat subject "fucking help resolve my issue or I'll get you fired" or something like that ... they took this as abuse, and not only blocked me from the whole fucking EV1 network (YES EVERY SITE IN IT, EVEN NON-EV1 SITES THAT I USE ON A REGULAR BASIS) and terminated all of my servers. Then when I tried contacting them, they gave me a total load of bullshit about it ...

hah their support sucks, i remember when i had a box with them about a year 2 years ago. i always asked is anyone around or are you playing quake. they are idiots.
