When you start the program it pops up a box with the text "unknown" ?

Im so annoyed by this! I didnt touch anything and yet the program decides to stop working. I reinstalled it and tried everything. I chatted with the owner for a long time and he told me several things to try but simply nothing works.

Anybody any clue?
