Further to reports last week that some calls we not showing up in the stats,I can confirm that on top of all the other issues we have been coping with as a result of the WTC incident down the block -a database/hardware issue was preventing reporting of some calls between 16th-20th of this month.
The calls database is being reconstructed for this period resulting in strange or zero reports from Stats Network for this period.
The process should be complete tommorow (or later today NY time)
Juge - Just checked your site and you've got an old 011 dialer - perhaps this is the root of your USA calls being down as the route hasn't worked in along time.
