I'm usually pretty patient when it comes to video game consoles. I'll wait until the price comes down...they usually start around $300 and after a few years come down to $100. Games start at $50 and end up $20 after they have been out about 6 months.

I don't play video games that much though, so I'm definitely not a hardcore addicted gamer. I've got some X-Box games from Christmas that I still haven't even opened yet. I've got 5 Gameboy Advance games that I haven't tried yet either.
