ahhhh they found one fall guy.. now who else is going to do the time for something they were commanded to do...the list will get longer.... you can bet your ass the people in charge will not have to go to court as long as they have the lackeys taking the blame for them....
I think I would have said "no" and took the punishment from the commanding officers...but one can't say till put in the situation...which no one on this board is.
