Tmax is the time by which the maximum plasma concentration is reached. In this case, it is 30 minutes. The nice thing about midazolam is that the T1/2 (the time in which half of the medication is cleared) is very short too, I believe something like two hours. So take it to fall asleep and you won't still feel the effects the next morning. Never take overdoses though!
