Try to find these galleries, where the webmaster have paid for the listing. All bigger tgp like easypics, jjj, picwarehouse, al4a or thehun are selling their toplistings. Then check only these galleries that are on a payhost, not on a free host.
Try to comprehend the calculation of these webmaster: 100-200 $ for the listing + bandwith + content. That means: with the 10th or 15th sign-ups they start to make money.
Try to study these galleries. I stopped 2 weeks ago building and submitting, my last gallery had 170k and zero sign-ups. My galleries were like yours: nice. I have spend a lot of time surfing al4a's listing, and my next galleries will not be nice
