Anybody knows SmartFilter??

This fucking error happens with some hosts, including of mine! I thought it was a Nimda worm, but the latest version of McAfee doesn't find any virus in my pc, nor microsoft update patch can't get rid of this fuckin error. (It happens with NetScape too). Should this be an ISP who did this? Anybody here has a same problem with me?
