The Netbios ports are used by Windows for file and printer sharing. Any machine on the internet with port 137-139 open, which has shared folders, are open for everyone. Be sure to shut down those ports in your router, or tell your firewall to block them from all outside IP addresses.
Many amateur hackers use programs to scan the internet for machines with open netbios ports. Why gofuckyourself.com scans or tries to connect, I have no idea.
