spam is the biggest plague on the net,,
it cost money and slows down production,,
if spam was allowed you be getting 1000 times more spam mails,,,,and your net surfering will be 100 times slower due to mail servers clogs
spam will get companies in trouble,,,
thats why all sponsers/hosts have that spam clause in the terms...
it sucks when you use a web based email,,,its a bitch to swift thru emails and shit,,,
when i get spammed i fight back,,,
especially porn spam,,it makes us legit webmasters look really bad as this is what mainstream feel what most of the spam is anyways,,,
i luv telling sponsers about spammers,,,you'd be surprise they might even give a REWARD
