Yup. Sucks doesn't it? Most of the time I am a mature grown woman but I turn into a complete scared child when a bee is around.
People are like 'thats a wasp not a bee' but i'll tell you if its buzzing I'm out of there.
I found out when I was about 11 and I got stung in foot and within minutes it was 10 times the size it should have been. They had to give me a shot in the sole of my foot (I dare somone to find a more painful place) and cut the foot open to drain it.
That and I watched my then 4 year old cousin hide inside a hollow tree when we were playing hide and seek and run out screaming because he had distrubed a hive and the swarm attacked him. They pulled out over 100 stingers.
If that happened to me I would have been dead with the second sting.
