Keep in mind that sites that use flash for navigation aren't spidered very well by most search engines. For example, if you submit your flash site to a search engine, it will probably only index the page you submit. All other pages linked through flash buttons won't be found in the search engine. At least that has been my experience.
Best bet is to have an alternative html menu on the bottom of the page so the search engines will index all your pages. Unless you want to submit every page of your site.
