I just had a bad ass flash button made. But, now I'm hearing that only about 70% of people will see it because of old or turned off browsers.

Is this number accurate? I would really like to use my button, but I won't if I'm missing 30% of traffic.

I wonder if there is a way to make java or something for if their browser won't read it, then it downloads a different normal button.
