We're supposed to be offended because someone is giving a thumbs up next to the body of a dead enemy? Give me a fucking break. That guy was trying to kill Americans. Does anyone remember the burned bodies of Americans being hung from a bridge? Apparently not. She's showing remarkable restraint in only giving a thumbs up. I would have done much worse.
