If you're not sick or injured and you take high dosages of Vitamin C your urine will be
bright yellow..... but if you are sick, with that smae dose you could have clear urine.
When you're sick, it takes much more to get to that point where its dumping out the excess (assuming that the bright yellow urine is the unrequired vitamin C being dumped out)
