The good thing I did today was to take the time and spend a very quiet and peaceful day with my family........ Saturday and Sunday in fact. VERY little work and NO news....... just us and the kids............ it was quite cool and they were happy about the time we took too.

Ok, yeah I worked a little but due to all of this, I have realized the value of time with them so I am trying to spend more time with the family and less hours at my pc......... And it's working too, my brain isn't so fried and I know who my kids are again.

We didn't do anything as far as the "Crisis" is concerned, in fact tried to stay far away from it...... no offense to anyone, my family has just been too worried about that, and it was good to just breathe for a couple of days.
