Hey.. we're trying to edit some videos and we've actually never really done it ourselves before (always outsourced) and I had a questions if someone knew....

Is there an application to either convert mpeg2 format sound files to mpeg3 files? Adobe Premiere does not support mpeg2

Also, is there an application that will convert WMV files to any other popular media format (i.e. mpegs) OR an application that simply edits WMV files (again, premiere/cleaner does not open these types of files)

Thx.. help is appreciated.
