Cheese potatoes - My gift to GFY

Nature's perfect food and simple to make, even for a bachelor. Here's my recipe:

Incredients:

Velveeta cheese
Potatoes
Butter
Milk

Steps:

1. Thin slice several large potatoes (enough to fill a large casserole dish or cake pan) and place them in a pot of water.

2. Bring the potatoes to a boil and then remove from heat. Drain them and then put them in your casserole dish.

3. In a small pot, mix half a box of Velveeta, a cup or so of milk, and several tablespoons of butter. Cook on high heat stirring constanly until cheese is melted and you have an orange cheesy liquid.

4. Pour the cheese over the potatoes, cover the pan with foil, and bake at around 375 degrees for 1 hour. Then let sit for around 30 minutes.

These taste great out of the oven and even better as leftovers the next day.
