I just spoke withDoug, my rep at CCBill and he explained that this option has just begun testing in the last week and is not really available widely to webmasters yet. After going over everything he forwarded me to you and I left you a voicemail. Feel free to give me a call back about getting on that profile.

no reason to be an ass on this issue. I stated the facts and my experience and as I was just told, it has NOT been added into the admin yet as it has just been testing this past week.
