Get straight back on the low carbs and you'll soon feel great again, in future if you want a sweet snack mix some creme fraiche with splenda and mix with strawberries, raspberries and blueberries - low carb, filling and totally kills the sugar craving and if you need ice cream then just mix this up and pop it in the freezer for 15 mins - hope that helps!
