they do seem to convert alright for me though
i have good days and bad days

but i've also been 0:1200
matter of luck i guess
dont think much of ibill though, as they scrub cards too much, a lot of people have claimed to try to use legit. credit cards and been refused for no reason. not good
wish they would lift their game
