Good Q... Visa/MasterCard are always changing and we can all only hope that that day does not come. As it is now, V/MC have ever increasing regulations on the adult industry as a whole, but it still comes down to which banks do and do not want to take on the "risk" of adult business.
By having the $100K and <1% CB parameters we are trying to position ourselves to be in the business for a long time. We do not want the "get rich quick and bail on your members" adult merchants that are out there. We want quality business people, running thier business in a strong business manner. I have a feeling that over time the $100K minimum may come down. For now it is what my bank is comfortable with....
