Technically speaking Bush left out lots of countries that have helped or are offering help. Saddam himself has offered 'humaniatarian' aid if we'd ask him for it. Sounded as if he meant to catch terrorists type since they have skills... rolling eyes...
As to Bush, he'd still be on the podium if he were to try and mention every country and what they have done, are doing or promised to do. Have to give the guy an A for a good speech compared to his other ones.
I hope that some aren't offended that he didn't speak on carpet bombing and 'glassing countries' etc. He spoke the true feelings of the majority. Get the guys that did it, get their men, and get any other group that harbors these ideas and performs these same things. There are undoubtedly other such groups formed that have not reared their heads and more forming.
And not all will be Middle Eastern. Knowing greed for what it is, has ANY one thought of how many others not of the Muslim faith or attached in any way, that are helping for profit? You *know* they are out there.
