I took Jiu Jitsu for awhile..been a long time but I still know a few dirty tricks...some grappling, holds etc.
Thinking about getting back into it for a refresher and health reasons.
One reason I got out of it was because during a throw the guy throwing me landed on my arm as I was going through the air and it popped my shoulder out.
After that I tried to rehab it etc, but I could never do roll outs etc without it totally fucking my shoulder up and causing all kinds of pain.
