you're a fucking asshat. I never said it wasn't illegal, I just was saying that all the assholes in here who thought he was going to kill someone are fucking idiots. You obviously don't know Mike at all or you'd know he was sober. On top of it, he hadn't had anything to drink for hours, but because of the way a breathalizer works you blow higher numbers when your body is digesting alcohol then when you're actually drunk (although I don't totally understand this, I have a friend who works at the police station here who told me this). Yeah it was illegal, does he deserve to go to jail? sure. But does he deserve all your assraping comments? NO! Maybe if he was actually bombed and not just screwed over by fucked up circumstances.
