I know that India has it too. As do a number of other countries.
China may not be interested now but they will be if a nuke lands next door.
Not counting the fact that dropping a nuke is a crime against humanity (yes I know what happened last week and it is horrid but it doesn't change what is wrong and right) and as soon as we even talk about it we will loose pretty much all support from the other nation's of the world.
