It doesn't matter WHO modified the picture. Got it on your site? Down comes the gavel and its on the person with the site. Thats what so many fail to see... If you are found guilty you pay the attorney that sued you. And the attorneys will be treating this sort of thing just like car accidents not too far in the future. For crying out loud... keep encouraging them to think they can get away with it. This is illegal activity. With this way of thinking then we can therefore retaliate by the same means, correct?
