WTF are you talking about? We learned sex education in elementary school not high school, and yes it was a catholic school.

Yes they had religion classes in high school, and if you read my message that was the part they had uniforms for.
The first two years of catholic highschool religion class where I was from was bible studies. Then in gr. 11/12 you learn a bit about world religions. Then they also make you do 30 hours of community service (this was gr. 13) which they recently eliminated, and moved to the gr. 12 curriculum.
In the public schools you could take whatever you wanted, we had manditory religion classes which counted as a social science.
I did take a first year university world religions course which I did very well on despite not attending class because we did learn that stuff in gr. 11 and 12, but only because it was an easy credit for me. I would have been better off taking a course where I could have learnt something more usefull.
