I remember seeing a thread a while back that referred to a company providing locally (down to the city in the US) geo-targeting ... The kind of thing where you could have your page say:

"Meet Sara, she lives in (Geo-targeted location of visitor) and is looking for a hot date tonight..."

You get the gist, anyone know who provides this kind of service?
