Well think of it this way. We are educated and have the ability to read different newspapers and the such.
People under the Taliban have little education. The women have none. So, what they saw was the US comming in and using their nations and then dropping them when they were no longer needed. They don't know why they just know we did.
They can't research things on their own as the only media they have are newspapers and radio controlled by the Taliban. Therefore their opinions are based on what they are allowed to see and read.
